01Purpose and application
These terms set out the conditions for using BeBe Tracker (the ‘service’), provided by Vernals (the ‘operator’), and the rights and responsibilities of the operator and users. The service is a care-recording tool for caregivers.
Personal information is addressed in the separate Privacy Policy. These terms do not limit rights guaranteed to you by applicable law.
02What the service provides
Features include baby profiles; feeding, sleep, diaper, bath, temperature, growth and vaccination records; statistics; care reference information; alarms; online synchronization; and family sharing. Availability may vary by operating system, app version and connection mode.
Local records can be used on your device. Account authentication and online synchronization require a network connection. Network charges depend on your agreement with your carrier.
03Eligibility and account security
Only enter or share information about a baby whose information you are authorized to manage. Minors must obtain legal-guardian consent where required by applicable law.
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials and device. Do not impersonate others or enter personal information without permission. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact the operator.
04Records and family sharing
Rights in records you enter remain with you or their lawful rights holder. The operator processes those records as necessary to store, synchronize, display and otherwise provide the service.
Family sharing makes records available to members of the same family space. Share invitation codes only with trusted people and manage membership carefully. Shared records in another family space and copies retained by others may remain after you leave a family or delete your account.
05Limits of care and health information
Statistics, growth charts, feeding reference amounts, estimated times and care information are general reference materials to help you understand records. They do not replace professional diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions and do not guarantee health outcomes.
Prioritize your baby's condition and professional medical advice. Do not rely on app alerts or predictions in an emergency. Alarms and timer displays depend on device permissions, battery, silent mode and operating-system behavior.
06Acceptable use
- Do not infringe others' privacy, records, copyright or other rights, or access, alter or share records without authority.
- Do not bypass security or authentication, introduce malware or disrupt the service through excessive automated requests.
- Do not post unlawful content or use the service for unlawful purposes.
The operator may restrict use to the extent necessary in view of the severity and impact of a violation. Except where urgent security action is needed, the reason and a way to challenge the restriction will be provided.
07Changes and interruptions
Maintenance, outages, operating-system changes or external providers may cause features to change or become temporarily unavailable. Material changes or closure will be announced in advance where possible; urgent events may be explained afterward.
Unsynchronized records may not be recoverable after replacing a device or deleting data. Check that important records are preserved. The operator remains responsible for damage attributable to it under applicable law.
08Advertising and external services
The service may contain advertisements or external links. External services are governed by their providers' terms and privacy policies. Displaying an advertisement does not guarantee a product's safety or effectiveness.
If paid features are introduced, prices, payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase. These terms alone do not initiate a payment or subscription.
09Ending use and deleting an account
You may stop using the app or delete your account through settings. A family owner must remove other members before deleting their account. Uninstalling the app and deleting an account are separate actions.
See the Privacy Policy for how deletion affects records and shared information. Deleting and synchronizing records may also affect other devices or family members, so check which records you are deleting.
10Responsibility and disputes
The operator and users are responsible for damage attributable to their respective actions as provided by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for the operator's intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Use the in-app feedback feature to report service issues. We will first seek to resolve disputes through discussion; unresolved disputes are subject to applicable law and jurisdiction rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available where applicable.
11Changes and effective date
When these terms change, the operator will announce the changes, reasons and effective date through the service or this page. Material changes unfavorable to users will receive adequate prior notice and any consent process required by law.
This is a draft prepared on September 27, 2026; its effective date has not been set. The language versions are intended to convey the same information.
